These paintings by Lord Colin O’Neal continue to blow me away. Previously he did Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe. His most recent is a painting of Jimi Hendrix but he pays tribute to other great musicians as well. I love how he “incorporates” the homages into the painting. All the effort but he ends up covering it all up with the terrific final piece of work.

What a creative and fun way to showcase his talent and skill. So have fun watching the master at work and jam out to a little All Along The Watchtower by Jimi and watch this cool painting come together.

This is my tribute to four amazing artists that i look up to and enjoy the music of. It just so happens that all died at the age of 27. in my life time i witnessed the death of Nirvana’s Cobain and that was a shock to say the least of my generation, i can’t imagine going through the deaths of all these people. i hope you enjoy…..

As Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany’s or Princess Ann in Roman Holiday who didn’t fall in love with the ever classic Audrey Hepburn? I’d give anything to be Paul, and I’m endlessly jealous of him. I’m also endlessly jealous of people with extreme talent like this artist, Lord Colin O’Neal. Previously he did a similar painting of Marilyn Monroe and blew my socks off. Here is his latest and it’s of the equally beautiful Mrs. Hepburn.

If it were me, I’d probably paint myself in there next to her, just to feel like we had a connection. Anyways, enough of my lamenting. Sit back, relax and enjoy this terrific display of artistry coupled with a wonderful song.

It’s talent like this that makes me extremely jealous. I wish more than anything I had abilities like this. I would do nothing more than paint art in my studio day in and day out. I love his little additional things, like toasting his wall buddy.
