Not funny. The only thing that may be true is the cop one(anything with the most caffeine)

awesome! i was a barista once, and we definitely share a few of them same stereotypes.

    If you are: Canadian

You will probably: Go to Tim Hortons and order coffee. Your order will not be complicated, the coffee will taste better, and it will cost a quarter of the price.

Very Funny and besides the from India, I know numerous customers that fit this stereotype . Spot on, at least at our store.

Yep, that’s so true haha, every single one. I don’t know who said it’s not true, it’s definitely true.

Can you do it in reverse? My drink is a venti sweetened iced coffee with 2%. What am I?

LoL, Happen to be an Aerospace Mechanic, exactly what I order……. sigh am I really that predictable?

  11. Foopsy Says:

You forgot frugal tightwads like me.
We order a short coffee in a venti cup and we add a ton of milk to it.
Or we get a doppio in a venti cup and add a ton of milk to it to make a poor man’s latte.
And we never tip ha ha.

What type is it that orders a machiato in star*ucks and is shocked and embarassed with the results?

  13. bumblefoot2004 Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 3:48 pm

Anyone who talks on a cell phone while ordering deserves to be ignored, and sent to the end of the line.

  14. whitney- also a barista Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 4:19 pm

I, too, am a barista and I find many of these to be atleast partially true. Asians in my area typically get a green tea of some type though and East Indians get everything SCALDING hot. We have a couple cops that come in but they’re softies and order white mochas. Haha but more or less you hit the nail on the head, bud.

wow, stereotypes with actual real “stereotype” lables!
I note that there is no NEGRO/BLACK section, I guess because black people ain’t about to pay no two dollas for no damn coffee?
oh, and what about us Faggots? what do we drink? ’cause you know we are in the coffeehouse every day sweetie.

  16. Alright Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 5:56 pm

I talk on the phone plenty when i order things, I’m not gonna hang up a call just to make a minimum wage worker happy lol.

  17. Frank Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 6:02 pm

Most of these stereotypes were true at the location I used to work at, but in reality, Starbucks sucks. Google “Third Wave Coffee” and be liberated!!!

  18. DF Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 6:23 pm

Get out of my head man!

How can you read my mind like that!?!?

  19. piano_stang Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 10:28 pm

I’ve been a barista for over 5 years and at my current store I can think of multiple customers to fit each one of these stereotypes….that is really weird.

  20. The Indian Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 10:39 pm

Really? Only an Indian asks for Chai? Guess what? An Indian would make his/her own masala chai. Screw ur “chai” with no spices in it.

  21. Foopsy Says:
    October 17th, 2010 at 11:04 pm

Are you proud of being a non-tipping tightwad, foopsy? I personally can’t stand those types of people unless the service sucked… but I’d never go pay what places like starfux are asking for their drinks anyway. Hipster palace and usually the stereotypes work out just perfectly. Good chart.

  22. Eric Says:
    October 18th, 2010 at 1:02 am

How about the grumpy old grandma…I guess she just gets tea…or maybe water for her Metamucil

  23. Konic Says:
    October 18th, 2010 at 1:03 am

So a “normal” person is a young childless adult who isn’t Mexican or Asian, isn’t a cop or mechanic, and doesn’t have braces…basically the same as the person who made the chart.
