Who doesn’t love bacon, even pigs love bacon and so do vegetarians. There really is nothing to not like about bacon with it’s crispy, salty, fatty deliciousness. It can be added to almost anything to enhance the flavor of an otherwise bland dish.

The popularity of bacon recently seems to have skyrocketed a bit but I’ve discovered more than a few vintage advertisements that prove it’s been holding it’s own for quite some time now. It’s hard to say which one is my favorite…the toaster worthy Reddi-Bacon, the promise from Swift’s Premium Bacon that it’s the “food for the new generation” or the statement by Swift’s that “Authorities recommend bacon for children.”

With Steve Carell leaving The Office after this season, we thought we take a look at Michael Scott’s best quotes over the years. As the manager of the Scranton branch of paper and printer distribution company Dunder Mifflin Inc. he is responsible for not only leading his staff but also motivating them to do better. He often attempts this through his actions and through many a “wise” word.

As typical of Michael he rarely comes across as he believes himself to and this results in quite a bit of hilarity. It’s hard to dwindle down the things he has said over the course of his tenure to a small list (as there are hundreds) but we’ve tried to come up with the funniest.

I wanted to share something I found this past weekend. It’s a live webcam feed from Abbey Road in London. The Beatles of course recorded many albums at the now famous Abbey Road Studios.

The greatest thing is that at almost any point (during the day), you can see people recreating this iconic album cover of Abbey Road. I wish I could embed the feed here but sadly I can’t, but just head over here to see it in action…and I’m sure you’ll catch a few tourists posing.

One of our most famous clients, The Beatles, recorded 90% of their recordings at Abbey Road studios. In April 1969, they came together to record their final album as a group and titled it ‘Abbey Road.’ This album became their best selling work and featured the now iconic image of the zebra crossing outside the studios on the front cover.
